Resourcing Sessions are defined as strictly Coaching sessions.

Some people need practical resources more than nervous system reset. At Root & Branch Holistic Coaching, the goal is to meet clients where they are and offer the support that they would find most valuable.
Integrated Resourcing Sessions begin with 30-40 minutes of Coaching to reveal a meaningful intention that you will set for either Reiki or Sound Therapy. Having the opportunity to bring this intention to the light and dive into it through client-centred Coaching allows for a richness of depth and breadth in your personal journey towards peace of mind and purpose.
Standard Sessions €120 for 75 minutes
Extended Sessions €150 for up to 120 minutes
For the most effective long-lasting results, and to take advantage of reward pricing structures, consider choosing a series of sessions under the Packages Heading. Research has shown us that consistent sessions over a few months lead to noticeable shifts and increased peace of mind.
